Body Sovereignty with Jenn Thein

In This Class:

This class opens a conversation about bodies as sites of knowledge, dignity, and agency. Jenn speaks from lived experience, tracing how fatness became the doorway into questions of worth, autonomy, and inherited shame. What unfolds is both personal and collective, touching on culture, harm, care, and the slow process of unlearning what we were taught to despise in ourselves. The class invites listening without defensiveness and offers space to reconsider how liberation begins in the body and ripples outward into relationship and responsibility.
