This journey slows us down inside the lower three chakras and lets us really look. Root, sacral, solar plexus. Death. Life. Rebirth. We wander the landscapes of each center and notice what has been stored there, what was cut off, what went quiet, what has been overworking to keep us upright. This is relearning the language of energy and intuition from the inside out. We sit with the density, the heat, the hunger, the numbness, and begin building trust with the parts of us that learned to survive through disconnection. The work here is embodied and steady.
