History of Gaia's & Luna's Cycles With Natalie Stoemmer

HISTORY OF GAIA'S & LUNA'S CYCLES
Natalie Stoemmer

In This Class:

This class feels like a turning point. Natalie brings history, body literacy, plant allies, and deep curiosity into one grounded conversation about what it means to live in a cyclical body in a world built for linear output. We look at how menstruation was distorted through patriarchy, how myths took root, and what shifts when we return to care, relationship, and embodied awareness. This is about remembering that to cycle is to be in rhythm with nature. It’s reclamation through knowledge, tenderness, and honest reorientation toward our own bodies.

About Natalie:

My work lives at the crossroads—where science meets soul, and tradition meets modern life. It’s about listening deeply:

  • to your body’s signals,

  • to your inherited stories,

  • to the whisper of something ancient that lives beneath the surface.

And I don’t do this work alone. I’m held in a living web of teachers, elders, and peers—practitioners who’ve shaped my path, challenged me to go deeper, and reminded me that this healing work is never just personal. People I can call on for support, if needed.

It’s collective.

It’s ancestral.

It’s relational.

I believe healing is not about becoming someone new—it’s about returning to who you’ve always been. That’s the journey I hold space for. And that’s why I do this work.
